超声波测量技术具有穿透性强的优点,是最具应用前景的柴油机活塞环油膜厚度测量手段.但由于柴油机的运行状态较为复杂,较多研究局限于超声波测量技术的理论与标定方面,实际应用于柴油机动态测量的研究较少.笔者设计并搭建了柴油机气缸油膜厚度超声波测量模拟试验台,对超声测量柴油机活塞环油膜厚度变化以及分布进行分析.通过电机模拟转速为0~100r/min下气缸与活塞的运行状态,并采用新型的数据采集策略来解决传统超声波测量过程中数据量大、有用信号占比较少的问题.结果表明:活塞环最小油膜厚度随转速的升高而增大,且测量精度随脉冲重复频率和空间分辨率的升高而增加.
Abstract:
:Ultrasonic measurement technology is the most promising method to measure the thickness of oil film of diesel engine piston ring because of its strong penetration. However,due to the complexity of the running state of diesel engines,many researches are limited to the theory and calibration of ultrasonic measurement technology,and few researches are actually applied to the dynamic measurement in diesel engines. A simulation test platform for ultrasonic measurement of cylinder oil film thickness of a diesel engine was designed and built. The variation and distribution of piston ring oil film thickness were measured and analyzed. The platform uses a motor to simulate the running state of the cylinder and piston at a speed of 0—100r/min,and adopts a new data acquisition strategy to solve the problem of large amount of data but less useful signals in the traditional ultrasonic measurement process. The results show that the minimum oil film thickness of the piston ring increases with the increase of rotating speed,and the measurement accuracy increases with the increase of pulse repetition frequency and spatial resolution.
