为探明预热进气、润滑油和冷却液的电耗特性,得到不同预热策略对混合动力柴油机低温冷起动的影响规律,首先,通过试验获得了工作介质预热电耗特性,并建立了工质预热电耗与预热温度的关系.然后,通过提取低温冷起动燃烧特征参数,建立了可以体现燃烧特征参数随循环变化特性的仿真模型.最后,利用仿真模型研究了预热进气、预热润滑油、预热冷却液及多种工作介质组合预热对低温冷起动的影响.结果表明:随着进气温度的上升,起动总时间逐渐减小,转速上升率稳步提升,平均有效指示压力(IMEP)显著增加;预热润滑油明显降低摩擦阻力矩,从而减小了电机拖动时间,而预热冷却液减小了散热损失从而使升速期IMEP显著增大.同等电耗下,多种工作介质组合预热策略能量损失系数小,升速期时,缸内IMEP较大,因而电机拖动时间短,转速上升率高,更有利于柴电混合动力系统低温快速起动.
Abstract:
The influence of different preheating strategies on low-temperature cold start of a diesel-electric hybrid engine was investigated in order to obtain the power consumption characteristics by preheating intake air,lubricating oil and coolant. Firstly,the relationship between the power consumption of working medium preheating and the preheating temperature was established by experiment. Then,a simulation model that can reflect the characteristics of the combustion characteristic parameters changing with the cycle was established by extracting the characteristic parameters of the low-temperature cold start combustion. Finally,the effects of preheating intake air,lubricating oil and coolant and their combined preheating strategies on low-temperature cold start were studied by using the simulation model. The results show that with the increase of intake air temperature,the total starting time decreases gradually,the speed rise rate increases steadily,and the indicated mean effective pressure(IMEP) increases significantly. Preheating the lubricating oil can significantly reduce the frictional resistance torque and thus reduce the motor dragging time. Preheating the coolant can reduce the heat dissipation loss so that the IMEP during the acceleration period increases significantly. With the same power consumption,the combined preheating strategy of various working media has a small energy loss coefficient. During the acceleration period,the IMEP is larger,leading to a short drag time of the motor and a high increase rate of the speed,which is conducive to faster start of the diesel-electric hybrid under low temperature.
