摘要:
高速、重载及高温等苛刻工况导致燃气轮机球轴承处于混合润滑状态,球轴承滚动体与滚道发生局部粗糙峰接触及相对滑移,引发界面摩擦闪温,甚至诱发球轴承高温胶合失效.因此,笔者以燃气轮机涡轮端球轴承为研究对象,综合考虑实测机械表面粗糙度、接触界面弹性变形与润滑油非牛顿流体效应影响,建立滚动体与内滚道界面混合润滑与摩擦-闪温耦合分析模型,揭示典型工况与表面真实粗糙度对球轴承界面摩擦和温升影响规律.
Abstract:
High speed,heavy load,high temperature and other harsh working conditions lead to the gas turbine ball bearing in the mixed lubrication state. The local rough peak contact and relative slip between the bearing rolling element and the raceway further lead to the interface friction flash temperature,and even induce the high-temperature gluing failure of the bearing. The gas turbine end ball bearing was studied,in which the effects of measured mechanical surface roughness,the elastic deformation of contact interface and non-Newtonian fluid effect of lubricating oil were comprehensively considered. A coupling analysis model of mixed lubrication and friction flash temperature at the interface between rolling element and inner raceway was established. The research result reveals the influence law of typical working conditions and real machined roughness on bearing interface friction and temperature rise.
