基于氧化催化器(DOC)和催化型颗粒物捕集器(CDPF)的工作原理,建立了连续再生式捕集器(CRT)的GT-Power一维仿真模型,通过台架试验和实车数据验证了模型的性能.基于所建立的模型通过引入CRT 故障因子对后处理装置的堵塞和破损故障进行了仿真研究.结果表明:不同故障形式和故障程度对CDPF 入口温度的影响很小;当CDPF 发生堵塞现象时,CRT 前/后温差增大,CDPF 出口温度与入口温度相关性变差;当CDPF 发生破损现象时,CRT 前/后温差减小,CDPF 出口温度与入口温度相关性增加.根据不同故障形式和故障程度对后处理装置传感器测点温度的影响规律,提出了基于温差累计值和基于温度相关性的性能诊断方法.同时基于后处理装置远程监测系统采集的1 800 余辆改造在用车后处理装置中的典型数据,以两辆典型车辆为例,通过数据驱动的方式进行了性能诊断应用.
Abstract:
Based on the working principles of diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) and catalyst diesel particulate filter (CDPF),an integrated one-dimensional GT-Power model of continuous regeneration trap(CRT)was established to diagnose the performance of the aftertreatment device. The model was then verified by engine bench test and vehicle driving data. The blockage and damage of the aftertreatment device were simulated in the model by introducing a CRT fault factor. The results show that different faults have little effect on the inlet temperature of the CDPF. When the CDPF is blocked,the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet of the CRT increases while the temperature correlation between the inlet and the outlet reduces. When the CDPF is damaged,the temperature difference between the inlet and the outlet of the CDPF decreases,and the temperature correlation between the inlet and the outlet increases. Based on the influences of the fault degree on the temperature of the aftertreatment device,a performance diagnosis method based on the accumulated value of the temperature difference and the temperature relation was proposed. Meanwhile,based on the typical data collected from the aftertreatment devices of more than 1 800 in-use vehicles by the remote monitoring system for emission control,the aftertreatment performance of two typical vehicles were estimated by the data driven diagnosis method.
