通过搭建柴油机后处理试验台架,分析了不同碳载量下燃烧器再生与喷油助燃氧化再生时的柴油氧化催化器(DOC)与柴油机颗粒捕集器(DPF)内部温度场,研究了不同再生方式在不同碳载量下的再生特点.并运用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件建立了燃烧器数值仿真模型,分别研究了补气量、喷油量、喷油锥角和喷油压力对燃烧的影响规律以及对出口温度、速度均匀性和压降的影响.结果表明:在相同碳载量下,采用燃烧器再生的再生效率高于喷油助燃氧化再生.碳载量为6g/L时的燃烧器再生,其整个 DPF内部温度梯度高于碳载量为4g/L时的再生.补气量为0.01 kg/s、喷油量为0.001 kg/s、喷油锥角为60°且喷油压力为1500kPa时,有最低的点火延时与最优的点火稳定性,且可加快升温速度,其燃烧器出口温度、速度均匀性较好.
Abstract:
Abstract: The internal temperature fields of diesel oxidation catalyst(DOC) and diesel particulate filter(DPF) during burner regeneration and fuel injection assisted oxidation regeneration, and the regeneration characteristics of different regeneration methods under different soot loading conditions were analyzed on a self-built diesel engine aftertreatment test bench. The influence of the fresh air supply quantity, the fuel injection quantity, the injection cone angle and the injection pressure on the temperature distribution uniformity, velocity uniformity, and pressure drop at the outlet of the burner was studied using the numerical simulation model of the burner. The results show that under the same soot loading conditions, the regeneration efficiency of the burner regeneration is higher than that of the fuel injection assisted oxidation regeneration. For the burner regeneration, the internal temperature gradient of the entire DPF is higher at the soot loading amount of 6 g/L than at the soot loading amount of 4 g/L.The lowest ignition delay and the optimal ignition stability exist at the fresh air supply quantity of 0.01 kg/s, the fuel injection quantity of 0.001 kg/s, the injection cone angle of 60 °and the injection pressure of 1 500 kPa. In addition, the quicker the heating rate is,the more uniform the distribution of temperature and speed at the outlet of the burner.
