采用回归分析法与主成分分析法,研究了柴油的烃类物质组分对质量燃油消耗率和体积燃油消耗率的影响.结果表明:质量燃油消耗率主要受总饱和烃、总芳烃、苊类和苊烯类等组分含量的影响,而体积燃油消耗率主要受链烷烃、萘、总饱和烃和总芳烃等组分含量的影响.质量燃油消耗率与总芳烃、苊类等的含量呈正相关,与总饱和烃的含量呈负相关,因而降低总芳烃、苊类等的含量和增加总饱和烃含量可以降低质量燃油消耗率.体积燃油消耗率与链烷烃和总饱和烃的含量呈正相关,与总芳烃、苊类等的含量呈负相关,降低链烷烃、总饱和烃等的含量和增加总芳烃、苊类等的含量可以降低体积燃油消耗率.
Abstract:
Abstract: The effects of hydrocarbon components of diesel on mass and volume fuel consumption rate were studied by regression analysis and principal component analysis. The results show that the mass fuel consumption rate is mainly affected by the content of total saturated hydrocarbons, total aromatic hydrocarbons, amaranth and amaranth, while the volume fuel consumption rate is mainly affected by the content of chain alkanes, naphthalene, total saturated hydrocarbons and total aromatic hydrocarbons. The mass fuel consumption rate is positively correlated with the total aromatic hydrocarbon and amaranth content, and negatively correlated with the total saturated hydrocarbon content. Therefore, reducing the total aromatic hydrocarbon and amaranth content and increasing the total saturated hydrocarbon content can reduce the mass fuel consumption rate. Volume fuel consumption rate is positively correlated with the content of alkanes and total saturated hydrocarbons, negatively correlated with the content of total aromatics and amaranth. Reducing the content of alkanes and total saturated hydrocarbons and increasing the content of total aromatics and amaranth can reduce volume fuel consumption rate.
