以某船舶单缸柴油机为研究对象,在环境温度为10~50℃下研究了增压压力的随动变化对不同压缩比配置下柴油机性能的影响.结果表明:等最高燃烧压力条件下,环境温度降低后,随着增压压力的升高,滞燃期呈先缩短后延长的变化趋势,增压压力由350kPa升高至370kPa时,燃烧后期放热速率显著加快,但此后随着环境温度的进一步降低,燃烧持续期基本保持不变.不同压缩比配置下,环境温度降低后,燃油油耗率、缸套平均温度随增压压力的升高呈不同的变化趋势,低压缩比配置下,燃油消耗率、缸套平均温度随增压压力的升高而降低,高压缩比配置下,增压压力每升高10kPa,燃油消耗率升高0.7g/(kW·h)、缸套平均温度升高1.6℃.在相同环境温度下,降低压缩比后,柴油机燃油油耗率、缸套平均温度等参数显著低于原柴油机.
Abstract:
The influence of intake pressure on the performance of a single cylinder engine was investigated in detail under an ambient temperature variation of 10—50℃ and different compression ratio configuration. The results show that under the same maximum combustion pressure,when the ambient temperature decreases,the ignition delay first shortens and then prolongs with the increase of intake pressure. When the intake pressure increases from 350kPa to 370kPa,the heat release rate is significantly accelerated in the later stage of combustion,but with a further decrease of ambient temperature,it tends to be stable. Under different compression ratio configurations,the fuel consumption and the average temperature of cylinder liner show different trends. For low compression ratio configuration,the fuel consumption and the average temperature of cylinder liner decrease with the increase of intake pressure,however,when intake pressure increases by 10kPa,the fuel consumption increases by about 0.7g/(kW·h) and the average temperature of cylinder liner increases by 1.6℃. Under the same ambient temperature,the fuel consumption and the average temperature of cylinder liner are lower with the low compression ratio.
