选择性催化还原(SCR)技术被广泛用于柴油机NOx排放控制,尿素结晶是这一技术的主要风险.提出一种评估SCR系统尿素结晶风险的有效方法,在对尿素结晶机理和计算流体动力学(CFD)模拟结果分析后,设计了包含24个不同温度、空速、喷射量的稳态试验和包含120个城市瞬态循环与8个交通拥堵循环的瞬态试验.通过稳态试验的尿素结晶观测结果得到每个工况点的结晶风险情况,并最终得出尿素喷射量与氨氮比(ANR)的限值Map,可为系统优化与标定提供量化目标;通过瞬态试验的尿素结晶观测结果,可评估车辆在城市道路条件和交通拥堵状态下单个DPF再生周期内的尿素结晶风险程度.
Abstract:
Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) technology is widely used in diesel engine NOx emission control. Urea deposit is the main risk of this technology and there is no effective method which is widely accepted to evaluate this risk level. A feasible method was proposed to evaluate the risk of urea deposits in the SCR system. After analyzing the mechanism of urea deposits and the computational fluid dynamic(CFD) simulation results,the steady-state tests including 24 different temperature,space velocity and injection rates,and the transient tests including 120 rounds of world harmonized transient cycle and 8 rounds of traffic jam cycle were designed for evaluating the risk of urea deposits. The risk level of each operating point and limitation maps of the urea injection and ammonia-NOx ratio(ANR) were generated through steady-state test results,which can be used for system optimization and calibration. The urea deposits observation results of the transient test can identify the urea deposits risk level of target vehicles when it is running in such traffic conditions as urban road and traffic jam within one DPF regeneration cycle.
