摘要:
采用基于误差的直接关系图法(DRGEP)、敏感性分析法以及同分异构聚合法对二甲醚/聚甲氧基二甲醚- 3(DME/DMM3)的联合详细化学反应机理进行简化,最终构建了一个包括65 个组分和308 个反应方程式的 DME/DMM3简化化学动力学机理.为了验证其可靠性,分别用二甲醚(DME)和聚甲氧基二甲醚-3(DMM3)详细机 理及试验数据与DME/DMM3 简化机理计算得到的着火延迟、层流火焰燃烧速度、组分摩尔分数等进行了比较, 并分析了DME/DMM3 反应路径.最后验证了柴油机转速为1 600 r/min,当量比为0.18 和0.34,燃料DME 与 DMM3体积配比为1∶9 时的仿真与试验的缸内压力和放热率以及CO、CO2、NOx和HC 排放物.结果表明:该 DME/DMM3 简化机理的着火延迟时间、层流火焰燃烧速度及射流搅拌反应器(JSR)中组分摩尔分数、缸内压力、 放热率以及CO、CO2、NOx和HC排放物与试验值吻合良好,验证了简化机理的可靠性.
Abstract:
The detailed mechanism of the combined dimethyl ether/polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers 3(DME/ DMM3)was reduced by directed relation graph with error propagation(DRGEP) method,sensitivity analysis method and isomeric polymerization method. A skeletal chemical kinetic mechanism consisting of 65 components and 308 reaction equations was finally constructed. In order to prove the feasibility of the simplified mechanism, the detailed mechanism and experimental data of DME and DMM3 was compared in terms of ignition delay, laminar flame velocity and substance concentration distribution,and the reaction path of DME/DMM3 was analyzed as well. Finally,experimental date of in-cylinder pressure,heat release rate and CO,CO2,NOx and HC emissions of a homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI) engine were used to compare with the simulation results by using Converge incorporated with the reduced chemical reaction mechanism under the engine speed of 1 600 r/min,the equivalent ratio of 0.18 and 0.34,and the fuel ratio of DME:DMM3 of 1:9,respectively. The results indicate that the ignition delay time,laminar flame combustion rate,molar fraction of components in jet stirred reactor(JSR),cylinder pressure,heat release rate,CO,CO2,NOx and HC emissions of the simplified DME/DMM3 mechanism of DME and DMM3 are in good agreement with the experimental data,which verifyies the reliability of the simplified mechanism.
